Then she promptly got me the revisions as I modified the scope of work until we arrived at a final plan. Instead of using sheetrock like another contractor wanted to do, Chad used Durock to support the weight. They even hand cut the 90 degree stone side corners up to the 12’ ceiling. It was refreshing not to have a single problem with their workmanship. For materials, he did not do cost plus but gave me the receipts and only charged me what he paid. He did a few extra things that needed to be done without charging extra. They are true professionals not demanding an upfront deposit to cover the materials as lesser contractors do.
