"The ceiling tiles at the chur were all "bent and falling" and the contractor came out, told me exactly what it was and how to fix it. And the ceiling tiles were 30" off the ground. The contractor build scaffolds, fixed the proble, put in new ceiling tiles and all in about 6 hours. The cost was very reasonable considering the 30' height that had to be overcome."

"They did an excellent job I recommended they remove the popcorn from my ceiling and painted. I am happy with a job. I will not hesitate to hire them again."

"Drywalled and painted our garage. Addition drywall and ceiling repair inside our house."

"This is the second time I have used Angelo at Broward Property Maintenance, and the work is always above and beyond. You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable person to help you with making repairs to your home. On the first occurrence, Angelo helped repair drywall from a re-piping. There was cuts made to the ceiling & walls, and Angelo even did a fantastic job matching popcorn on the ceiling. On the second occurrence, it was a roof leak that ran all the way down a concrete wall on the foyer and we had him demo the drywall, remove the insulation, and make the repairs. Angelo is efficient and gets the job done very quickly, and he takes great care with your home protecting it from dust & debris."

"Vinny and his wife are absolutely awesome! They are very kind courteous great communication and excellent excellent work! We purchased a home and had about 1300 ft² of popcorn ceiling that needed to be removed. We also had a room that we removed wood paneling from and the drywall needed to be skimmed. They did an amazing job you couldn't even tell that any work had been done. We absolutely recommend them for any job you may have! We will definitely keep their number for anything we need in the future"

"Roger came up to my Fort Lauderdale home on a Tuesday evening and I had my granite counter top installed on Friday afternoon!!!!!! They did a great job!!!!!! They were on time and cleaned up after they installed the countertop- most contractors in South Florida are late and don't clean up their mess. I would give them 10 stars!!!!!!! Quality work and affordable price. I highly recommend Golden Hammer for granite countertop installation."

"I can not be more impressed by Kevin’s expertise and professionalism. In my backyard he built a wooden deck around a very large tree with a rooftop that is also going to be used for entertaining. Before he even started the construction, the way unloaded, carried and set down all the heavy wood planks and his equipment already told me it was going to be a success. The concrete footers used to anchor the posts, the heavy duty hardware and the choice of wood makes this whole structure aesthetically perfect and indestructible. The work was executed with great care and organization. Highly skilled, respectful, good-hearted and reliable to the max! You can not find another one like Kevin in South Florida!"
