There were not a lot of options, but one site came up, 2nd Street Painting, so I emailed a request for estimate. Within minutes, the owner, Nate Garcier contacted me and offered to come by on Sunday, Dec. 31st. He came as scheduled, assessed, measured and gave me an estimate, followed by an emailed quote later that afternoon. Finding 2nd Street Painting was a stroke of luck. The work was done in three days, removing wallpaper, priming and repairing cracks and holes in walls and ceiling, and then painting. Workers arrived on time, got to work, and daily cleanup was fantastic. The crew was pleasant and when they ran into a snag, explained what was going on, how it was going to be remedied. They had to paint the continuation of a long wall, part of which had been painted earlier, and the match was perfect. You could not see any “seam”. When they left the work area was cleaner than it was when they started! Highly recommended!"
