Richard From systems1 interior is a dedicated and communicative person that I enjoyed and appreciated working with from beginning to end. I had asbestos popcorn ceiling removed by another company who were not as careful as I would have liked and left the ceiling in pretty rough shape. Richard and his team skim coated the whole ceiling primed and painted it. It looks beautiful and has really made Home feel like home. his team also took out an old AC/heater unit in the wall patched and repaired it like it was never there. He walked me through the process and explained all the steps. He was so thoughtful and took the time to show me pictures of what the end product would look like and even utilized resources I already had to cut costs for me as a homeowner. He installed a new LED flourescent light over my kitchen sink in my apartment (something I had been wanting for over a year. He also installed a new switch in my art studio so and a new overhead light fixture that can now be turned on without flickering. He made several trips to Home Depot to find just the right light to install in the middle of the ceiling. In addition, he installed a file closet room. "There were three workers for about 5 hours at a cost of $630. They worked non stop and were able to remove a rust stain on the tile in the shower, years of dirt on a heat lamp in the ceiling and many other feats due to negligence. The owner arrived with the team and checked back at noon and at the end of their time always checking their work and making sure they were taking care of the specific things I had requested. It was a great experience and I will now be using them twice a month."
