"Derek, the owner of Local Home Services, Inc, did an outstanding job for me. I would definitely hire him again in the future. He installed a new LED flourescent light over my kitchen sink in my apartment (something I had been wanting for over a year. He also installed a new switch in my art studio so and a new overhead light fixture that can now be turned on without flickering. He made several trips to Home Depot to find just the right light to install in the middle of the ceiling. In addition, he installed a file closet room. Now I don't have to stand on a chair in the dark to look for things. The total cost for labor and materials was just $492.50. What a deal I highly recommend this company. "Excellent craftsmanship, team is responsive, were on time every day and on budget. Final work product exceeded our expectations. Our refinished cabinets look like manufacture direct quality. This project was to repaint existing kitchen cabinets that had more than 50+ cabinet and drawer faces along with 2 islands. Post project the kitchen area of house was left in a very clean condition. CR Painting took extra measures to tent off the kitchen from the rest of the house to insure minimal dust dispersion while working at the house and it worked!"
