He did a fantastic job at repairing the drywall and all the drywall seams, as well as handling the whole ceiling that was in pretty terrible shape. He went above and beyond to find a special seam tape for ceiling joints that would not rupture. He also sent me daily pictures as to how things were turning out. The end result was absolutely great. He was also honest and up front with me when the paint on the ceiling and walls was just not sticking, and also was not covering. Rather than attempt to paint drywall that was doing weird things "he had never seen before in 30 years", he called to let me know he he thought there was no way that the painting would turn out even remotely good. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch.
