He was also honest and up front with me when the paint on the ceiling and walls was just not sticking, and also was not covering. Rather than attempt to paint drywall that was doing weird things "he had never seen before in 30 years", he called to let me know he he thought there was no way that the painting would turn out even remotely good. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive.
