"Antonio did an excellent job taking down the sheet rock ceilings and walks. He worked nonstop until the job was complete. José was fantastic. The price was very good. I also have Amaya Pro Renovations hired to reinstall insulation and sheet rock as soon as my roof is done. I highly recommend Amaya Pro Renovations. They do a lot of other things too. Very nice and kind men. Try them you will be pleased!"

"It went very well. Samuel responded promptly to call as he appeared ready to take the job on asap. This was after he found loose screws that apparently were not long enough to remain attached to the wood below the metal roof. Screws in many instances would just spin in the hole and would not attach and secure. This was a previous job by Malone Roofing who was paid to remove every screw and replace with new screws with grommet seal and silicone caulk where needed. Video evidence showed this findings. He finished the job completely by 3 days, which means a lot when rains are taking place. GAF coating x 2 coats was done completely sealing the roof. 5 year warranty for the roof and 10 years warranty on the GAF coating, which was used on the Super Dome in New Orleans. Other roofers just wanted to replace the roof, not repair the roof which is metal and is still in good shape."

"The new upstairs porch/balcony looks great, but now water pools upstairs and leaks down to the 1st floor porch. They were great about coming back out to fix the leak (which hurt the aesthetic of the porch). They did fix the leak and were really diligent and determined to fix it."

"The house is  usually rented to Tulane's and Layola's students. Every year I have the house professionally cleaned  before the new tenants move in. Last year I had a disastrous experience with the cleaning crew that was recommended by a contractor. They charged me $400 and it was hard to see where they cleaned!!
This year I called Sweeping Hands based on Angie's reviews and was not disappointed. I called them about 3 weeks before the job needed to be done and they promptly got back to me and agreed to do the work on they day I requested. The price they quoted me was very fair even though I thought that given the conditions of the house it might cost me more that they estimated. They showed up on time and 3 cleaning ladies started their job with much attention to details. The house was very dirty (students!); they tackled the kitchen and cleaned all the cabinets inside and out, the stove and the oven, the inside of the refrigerator, the dryer and washing machine, the sink and the dishwasher! They cleaned all the windows, blinds, moulding, ceiling fans , baseboards and floors in all the rooms. They cleaned and disinfected the bathrooms. Now the house must be the cleanest student rental in New Orleans!! What I appreciated more was that they charged me according to the estimate they had given me when I booked the service, even though since the house was so dirty, it required much more time than originally estimated!
I can't thank them enough for the good job they have done! I was very pleased and I highly recommend them!

"John is a super nice guy, and he explains everything that he plans on doing before actually doing the job. John close in the drywalls and put in borders surrounding the sliding glass door I had installed. He also finishes the job by painting the wall to match and he redid the ceiling. The job came out superb. I will download pictures later. Thanks again, John!"

"I received a prompt response when I posted my need for ceiling repair. They arrived on time and did a great job at a very reasonable price. If I have a need for their service in the future I would not hesitate to call All Home Services."

"Very pleased. My out-of-whack doors work smoothly, the water-damaged wall and ceiling look great, and so does the fiberglass deck for our balcony. While each piece of the job came out great, the painting is particularly praiseworthy. Bill did a beautiful job."

"I'm a professional painter and noticed the excellent finish King Cole Construction LLC did for their costumers. I learned the owner is a graduate of the Rinker school of building construction and management at the University of Florida, pretty impressive! I finally met him on the job, and he is super guy to speak with, and really knows his profession!"
