"the taping on the drywall was peeling away from our 12year old townhouse, both on the walls and ceiling.  Called Fabio from a review on Angie's list.  He was very responsive to our call, coming over when he said he would and completed the job in less than 2 days.
i cannot comment on the price for we did not seek other bids, but it was certainly a job that i could not do and in the end you could not see any evidence of repairs, so for me it was well worth it.

"Couldn't be happier.  I had (2) ladies come to the house, Johanna and Irma.  When I get my regular service set up (which i will be, because they did awesome!)  I hope to be able to request these (2) gals, because they rocked.  I had my house cleaned by a totally different company last month and paid double the amount and they didn't even touch the quality cleaning this company did in 2/3 the time!  My bathrooms, kitchen and floors are spotless!  They vacuumed my couch, did my windows, dusted and cleaned ceilings, cleaned in my microwave, cleaned stainless steel appliances.  And my house smells so fresh, not chemical fresh, just clean!  There cleaning supplies seemed gentle as there are no harsh fumes.   I WILL be using Hortensia based off of today.  I will also be using them for my office in the future.  THANK YOU HORTENSIA :DDDDD

"I contacted Olford Construction to repair the drywall caused by a water leak in the ceiling. The plumber had to cut a hole in the ceiling to reach the damaged pipe. Quran Olford, the contractor, was excellent. He arrived punctually as we had discussed. Mr. Olford repaired the drywall, sanded and painted the ENTIRE ceiling area. The work was done to perfection and at a very reasonable cost! Another contractor had quoted me three times more! Quran was very neat, no paint drippings and left my home clean. I appreciated his attention to details. To repair the drywall and paint; Quran had to remove a ceiling light. He carefully replaced it. He respected my home ad property!Quran Olford is professional, personable and punctual. He completed the project on schedule and on budget! "I needed my apartment cleaned because my ceiling was replaced and a bunch of dust and leftover sheet rock was on the floor. Silvana and her team did a very good job cleaning the apartment and took out all the garbage along with removing an old mattress that was there for a while.
