The drywall in the ceiling was breaking loose. I called Steve to examine the ceiling and he told me he would have to open the ceiling up to determine what had to be done. He removed the entire ceiling and found it overfilled with blown-in insulation. An additional six contractor bags of insulation were found sitting on the ceiling joists, adding approximately 400-500 pounds of extra weight. In addition, there weren't enough fasteners holding the drywall in place. Steve reframed wood and corrected everything to make that ceiling strong. He called me over to inspect his work before he put the drywall back in place. He did a wonderful job of putting in new insulation. I was so impressed with his work. I was desperate to find someone who could do the work right away and he came through for me. Steve's work is top notch and I recommend him highly.
