When Michael called, I explained to him our plight, and not having a giant truck or work van, it would be a total pain to return some of the 12 foot pieces of ceiling track. Near the end, the owner came in to inspect and also helped to clean a big bow window. Very impressed. The windows and house cleaning was to prepare the house to go on the market.
