"The ladies were friendly, professional and methodical. Before beginning they had us point out critical areas that needed special attention. After that they got to work. They cleaned for about 3.5 hours and left us amazed. The kitchen and bathroom required the most work and now look brand new. Getting soap stains of shower doors has always been an issue for us, but they now look brand new. They cleaned doors, windows, ceiling fans, switches etc. apart from vacuuming moping, making beds, dusting furniture and picture frames. Just a very through job. No issues at all. Thank you to the wonderful crew. Will definitely request their services again."

"The company used a very high quality, eco friendly paint (Dunn-Edwards) using appropriate sheen for areas to be painted. I was pleased that there was very little paint smell during the painting process and none within an hour after finishing each day.
Care was taken to assure property was protected from drips and areas worked in were straightened up at the end of each day.
Furniture was moved back to its original place and care was taken to assure no damage. Painters were professional and courteous and Chris is very knowledgeable about his trade. Quality suggestions were made (thankfully) about some areas I had selected for accent colors. I am very pleased with the results.
Great care was taken with cutting in accent lines, caulking and finishing around baseboards and moldings.
My cleaning gal was here to clean two days after the painting was finished. Her comment was - "These painters really were good! I usually find drips and spots and I found nothing!
The Project Manager, Emy Jaucian, was very attentive. She provided us with color samples ahead of the project, was prompt to answer questions and kept us informed as to project status. She worked hard to rearrange the schedule for the painting and moved it up several days to accommodate us.
Overall we are very pleased with the results and the great staff and service.

"TMTO did a beautiful job repairing the drywall in our living room. It took a while to get scheduled because it was a small job and we were out of town, but he was diligent in getting it done. I was impressed that he remembered to bring an electrical outlet box we needed. He’s a hard worker and a great guy"

"The Epoxy Flooring looks great! Eric did an excellent job showing me the examples of the different flooring options and colors. Eric’s crew was on time and worked hard each day to give me the flawless epoxy flooring for my three car tandem garage and RV garage. I am extremely happy with the final product and the work performed. Thanks Eric!"

A drop ceiling is a type of secondary ceiling that is dropped down below the actual ceiling of a room, hence the name. It’s made up of ceiling tiles (made of fiberboard, foam, wood, metal, or plastic) supported by a metal grid. The space between the drop ceiling and the structural ceiling can be used to hide wiring, pipes, and HVAC ducts.
Most drop ceiling installations take about two to three days, including the time needed to build the grid frame, install it, and place each ceiling tile properly. Your installation might take more time if you need to modify plumbing, HVAC ducts, or electrical wiring to accommodate the new ceiling.
Most drop ceilings require a clearance of at least three inches from the structural ceiling, though you’ll likely need more than that to make space for pipes, ducts, lights, fans, sprinklers, or wiring. In many places, building codes require a minimum ceiling height of seven feet, which can limit the amount of clearance you’ll have between your drop ceiling and structural ceiling.
Yes, you can paint a drop ceiling, but it’s not always recommended. Painting a drop ceiling can sometimes void your warranty because using improper paint or technique can cause the tiles to sag. Paint can also negatively affect the fire resistance, soundproofing, and light reflection of the panels. Consider these downsides before taking on ceiling painting costs.
