"The workmen did an excellent job and the owner ensured it was done right. They matched the color of our stucco nicely, so the areas that were fixed are not noticeable. They were neat leaving nothing behind for us to clean up afterwards.

"Charles' customer service is A++. I kept changing my mind about the furniture to be moved. Started off with just a very fragile antique armoire, then moved on to other pieces. He was very flexible and happy to accommodate. The guys were polite, professional and showed up on time. I'm a return customer because I was so impressed after I used them for a big move 2 years ago. They know what they're doing and don't try to cut corners so it alleviates the stress of wondering if furniture is being damaged when you're not looking, which has been my experience with other companies in the past. They are amazing!"

"The ladies were nice and punctual, but I have a cleaning lady that comes regularly and is able to clean my entire house 5 beds/3 baths, change all the bed sheets in all 6 beds, dust all blinds, clean all my windows, microwave, fridge, ceiling fans, put a load of laundry in the wash, and a few other odds and ends in 7-8 hours. I pay $120 and she does an amazing job. 4 people in my neighborhood have hired her because they love how my house looks after. This cleaning crew was able to clean my bathroom with only a shower, the living room, dining room, and kitchen. I figured since it was 3 women, they could probably accomplish about 6 hours of house cleaning in 2 hours, but that was not the case. The one plus is one lady did clean my oven. Other than that, I would not recommend them. They missed cleaning my sliding glass door and felt they were not efficient.

"Chuck and his crew did a fantastic job. He answered our million questions and his responsiveness is a big reason we went with him over another contractor. He was able to steer us to a vendor that could get our specific tile when we were unable to find it ourselves and helped us with the calculations on how much to purchase and he matched it perfectly with the flooring outside the room he did. The wife and i couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and will be calling Chuck to do our backsplash at a later date. He and his crew were very friendly and professional and ensured that any mess they made was cleaned up promptly."

"They were fine. They were very quick to respond to my inquiries. They had some very good suggestions and they sent some pictures of various furniture and accessories. They were very helpful."

A drop ceiling is a type of secondary ceiling that is dropped down below the actual ceiling of a room, hence the name. It’s made up of ceiling tiles (made of fiberboard, foam, wood, metal, or plastic) supported by a metal grid. The space between the drop ceiling and the structural ceiling can be used to hide wiring, pipes, and HVAC ducts.
Most drop ceiling installations take about two to three days, including the time needed to build the grid frame, install it, and place each ceiling tile properly. Your installation might take more time if you need to modify plumbing, HVAC ducts, or electrical wiring to accommodate the new ceiling.
Most drop ceilings require a clearance of at least three inches from the structural ceiling, though you’ll likely need more than that to make space for pipes, ducts, lights, fans, sprinklers, or wiring. In many places, building codes require a minimum ceiling height of seven feet, which can limit the amount of clearance you’ll have between your drop ceiling and structural ceiling.
Yes, you can paint a drop ceiling, but it’s not always recommended. Painting a drop ceiling can sometimes void your warranty because using improper paint or technique can cause the tiles to sag. Paint can also negatively affect the fire resistance, soundproofing, and light reflection of the panels. Consider these downsides before taking on ceiling painting costs.
