"There is a reason why they have the reviews they do. We got a quote for the services we specifically asked for. Our house was painted new with watered down flat paint. We requested the ceiling be painted we could not decide whether or not to go a flat white or same color as the walls. Ron suggested to do a Flat white. Glad we listened to that advice. So the ceiling got 2 coats of ceiling paint. The walls got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. (Benjamin Moore). They fixed a lot of poor quality spots in the walls and ceiling. When I spotted a spot they missed they just got it done. No gripes or complaints just done! The workers (Alex, Nathan and Miguel) were great! Got the job done 1 day ahead of expected. When we are ready to have the other rooms done we will be calling you again."

"3 ladies arrived punctually in a company vehicle with professional decals.
My wife didn't hear them knocking because of our infant but I received a call and email from Maid Envy to let me know that they were there.  Then once they were inside, the ladies went to work on my house and did a thorough cleaning of the first floor of my house which is what I wanted (the second floor being hardly used).
Bathrooms were cleaned very thoroughly and all horizontal surfaces look nice.  My refrigerator was nicely polished.  Floors were mopped well and the carpets vacuumed thoroughly.  They used back pack vacuums and were able to pull dust out of tight places.
This is the first time I've used a house cleaning service and was pleased.  I'd use Maid Envy again.

We performed walkthroughs as needed and zach was helpful in explaining things to where i could understand and make a decision. even as the scope adjusted and issues were identified, they were diligent about getting it right. upon completion of all the work, final walkthroughs were performed and they were courteous to do follow-up as of recently to ensure i was still satisfied with the work.
