My husband and I have been so very blessed to have Adrian make our home absolutely beautiful as well as consider him our friend! When we first called Adrian to come out for an estimate, he responded right away. I told him everything we wanted to do and right away felt that he would do an excellent job and was an honest man with great integrity. We had received other bids but we knew that we wanted Adrian to work for us. Adrian got to work right away on an outdoor project, while we were gone, since we had already scheduled to be out of town. He removed our old rotten deck and gazebo and even sent us photos of the progress! When we returned, the rain rolled in .... And stayed ...Adrian suggested that we start on the inside projects because of the rain & and he was very patient while I was running around trying to make choices since we thought we would have a while longer before we started the inside work. He was so sweet & helped us make the right choices since we had never done any remodeling before. He pointed out that our cabinets were very good quality and in excellent condition so all we needed was to paint them instead of replacing them. Well, that saved us a LOT of money that we could allocate to another project. They came out beautifully and he was exactly right. He, Lucino and Jose primed the cabinets, even decided that they would be better with a second coat. He and his crew took their time to make sure it all looked beautiful for us! After the painting was done there were a few spots that need touched up, Adrian promptly took care to make sure all was done perfectly. The same with painting the walls, some areas in our wall were not smooth, so they took the time to sand and even them out so they came out beautifully! Adrian recommended that we paint the kitchen cabinet hinges as well (instead of replacing) to save more money and if we didn't like them, he would do it over. He was right ... They're great! With all the rain we were having, it was very humid, so he created this really cool "bubble" to keep the humidity out as well as protect everything else from the primer and paint. They were all very conscientious and respectful to us and our property while they were there. He was also able to send us to his friend and former coworker, Christian, who works in granite fabrication and installation and he did a wonderful job with it! We got the granite in and then our appliances came. We know there's always a glitch, but Adrian stepped up once again and fixed our problem! Our new oven was skinnier and taller than the old, so he and Lucino went to work customizing the cabinet space so it would fit. It looks like it was custom built now! Adrian does not subcontract out ... he is there doing the work himself and if others are doing it, he will drive all the way across Houston just to check to see that everything is going the way it should. You are certainly not going to get that kind of caring from just anyone. He finished the inside, for now, as we plan to do more projects with him in the future. He then moved to the outdoor projects once again, now that the rain was gone! They removed our old and cracked patio between our house and the pool. It was amazing how fast and neatly they did that too! After that, they started the construction of our two new concrete patios. They did an amazing job on it! He redirected and redesigned the drainage to properly drain instead of leaving standing water the way it was currently. He put in this really nice Ecodrain close to the pool and it does a great job and even looks pretty! We took out a flower bed and extended the patio right up to the pool decking. I had some plants that I wanted to keep and relocate, so his guys did that for me ... Even with a smile! These guys worked so hard and of course, Adrian was right there to make sure it was all done properly! They installed the rebar so well and straight, this patio is going to last way past us! They finished it off beautifully ... We had stamped concrete before but I wanted an easy to clean patio and the brushed finish that he put on there is exactly what we wanted. Just sweep it off and the rain runs right off thanks to Adrian's expertise on the drainage! While the one patio was being replaced, Adrian had another team working on our customized patio and firepit area. I had found a photo online that I liked so he took that photo and together, with his help, my husband and I designed this patio on the side of our backyard where the old deck and gazebo were. It was so much unused space but it is gorgeous now! Adrian's design maximized the entertaining space, even with a "chillout" area that he called it! His crew put the "channels" in it that we wanted, and we will fill it with decorative stone or crushed granite. He has it designed so that the firepit will be tied into the natural gas line just perfectly. We hope to get the firepit soon but even now it is prefect for entertaining and relaxing! Our new kitchen and patios are absolutely fabulous! Adrian's team worked so hard and efficiently to get everything accomplished for us in a very very reasonable amount of time. I just love walking into my new kitchen ... And my husband is benefitting from getting more home-cooked meals too! It looks amazing out in the backyard thanks to Adrian's knowledge and leadership. It's the way we have always dreamed of having our backyard and his patios are already the envy of our friends!! Adrian takes pride in his work, along with all of his team members as well ... and it shows. We feel as if they were part of our family and trusted them as such. I am not exactly an early riser, so I would leave the back door unlocked for them to enter and when I wasn't home, Adrian would take the initiative to lock up our house securely. "We schedule a meeting to have the project reviewed and quoted. The owners were prompt. After explaining the situation multiple options were presented to us. Owners were upfront about cost as well as forms of payment they would accept, credit/debit cards being one of them. (I have found with most hired companies that it's either cash or check so I was pleased with the option.) Our project was perfatape cracking surrounding one sheetrock on an angled ceiling. The cracks would enlarge during colder days and shrink in warmer days. Prep work was done to cover flooring, window treatments, and furniture in the bedroom surrounding the work area. As Sean began the repair job, he kept us informed of the progress. The repair took a bit longer than expected due to poor original workmanship. That being said, the results turned out great! No more cracks. Since we had the original paint, we opted to paint it ourselves especially since the drywall and texture needed a few days to thoroughly dry. We received a receipt showing the purchased supplies needed to complete the repair. We paid with a credit card and also received a paid receipt. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and workmanship!"

"Had quite a bit of work done in my home as every room (including the attic) was touched by the team. We performed walkthroughs as needed and zach was helpful in explaining things to where i could understand and make a decision. even as the scope adjusted and issues were identified, they were diligent about getting it right. upon completion of all the work, final walkthroughs were performed and they were courteous to do follow-up as of recently to ensure i was still satisfied with the work. The total time of this project was about 2 months (Jan-Feb). it was not the cheapest quote i received for this scope of work, but with a project manager and diligent crews, it was alot less stressful than managing it myself. i have recommended them to others and would use them again on future projects."
