"Derek, the owner of Local Home Services, Inc, did an outstanding job for me. I would definitely hire him again in the future. He installed a new LED flourescent light over my kitchen sink in my apartment (something I had been wanting for over a year. He also installed a new switch in my art studio so and a new overhead light fixture that can now be turned on without flickering. He made several trips to Home Depot to find just the right light to install in the middle of the ceiling. In addition, he installed a file closet room. Now I don't have to stand on a chair in the dark to look for things. The total cost for labor and materials was just $492.50. What a deal I highly recommend this company. "Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."

"Nathan and his crew recently did a partial remodel of our master bathroom. It is now a beautiful tub/shower. They did a wonderful job removing the old shower/tub, and drywall. Now there is a jacuzzi tub, travertine on the shower walls up to the ceiling, and new fixtures for the shower and sink. It looks like a museum piece. They also clean up thoroughly before they leave everyday, there are contractors that are not nearly as thorough as Nathan's team is. A great experience from start to finish, if you are in need of a remodel, don't hesitate to call Nathan"
