We had already purchased some of the supplies to DIY our drop ceiling after I was frustrated with other contractors not returning my calls or e-mails. When Michael called, I explained to him our plight, and not having a giant truck or work van, it would be a total pain to return some of the 12 foot pieces of ceiling track. He said that while he typically wants to supply all parts for the job to ensure the quality of the components, if the parts we purchased were correct, he could use them. That was such a relief. During work in a bathroom a leak into the ceiling was traced to a defective dishwasher above. Repairing the damage and removing the mold was an extensive project. Wally and his crew did this with efficiency and care. Overall the work was of very high quality and was done professionally and carefully. I would hire them again without hesitation."
