"Good. Happy with remodel. Came back promptly to repair any post remodel problems. Warning: owner is not on time for visits. We were interested in having the owner perform another small job but never heard back. Quality professional masonry work performed.

"The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

"David did a good job of removing a birds' nest and debris from the vent hose, but in the process, a plywood board in front of the exterior vent area got ripped up and will need to be replaced ($ ?). He was not able to finish the job of getting air flow through the hose, due to there being several bends/joints that he couldn't reach. He said that the hose might be loose at the joints, causing air flow loss, and he could not access the joints without breaking drywall in the ceiling, or there could be other blockages that he wasn't able to see since other sections of the hose were around the bend inside the ceiling. He did not have a scope to look through the hose to get a better picture of the problem, because he said those scopes are too expensive. He gave me a quote to break the drywall to join the hose at the joints. That would cost me an additional $310 (his quote), in addition to the $129 that I already paid. That would not include repairing / replacing broken drywall, repainting the ceiling and who knows what else the job might entail. I was not expecting to pay additional costs such as these at this time, so the job remains unfinished."

"I contacted American Home Pride after we had some water damage to our textured ceiling. Jim was able to give us a very reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled our appointment quickly. He was even flexible when I needed to change my original appointment. Jim and his assistant, Patrick, completed the job within a few hours. He even checked in later in the evening to make sure everything looked good after drying. Jim offered to return to fix anything we were not happy with, but there was no need. Everything turned out great, and you wouldn’t even know that we had water damage. We would definitely use American Home Pride again and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!"

"Excellent experience working with a highly skilled team of professionals. Pierpoint Construction worked with us to change an the aging master bathroom layout to a wonderfully modern, bright, and practical master bath. The old shower is now a spa-like double shower with seat and niche. The old tub is now a modern freestanding tub with floor standing faucets and shower fixture. The two individual vanities were replaced with one single wide vanity. And the floor and wall tiles were replaced with better quality materials. We got our dream bath. "Ray Gibbs and his team helped us finish our basement. We had done some of the work ourselves, but just couldn't find the time to finish it. I'm glad we called Ray because our basement came out better than we could've hoped. Rodney, Ray's carpenter, first came in and built columns in our basement (man cave), to give it the theater look. He then trimmed every nook and cranny in the basement, including crown, baseboard, and numbers corners, nooks and crannies. We opted for leaving the 70's paneling up, so there was a lot of trim. Rodney also created an under the stairs door for us from scratch as ordering one to fit the space would have been too expensive in his opinion. I had the privilege of watching him work a little, and it was obvious that he truly loves what he does, and is very good at it. Ray then came in and did prep work for the painters, caulking gaps and imperfections. The painting crew followed up, and did a great job. We had picked out the color for the trim, and once up, we didn't care for it. When they came back for a second coat, they happily redid all the work. 
The price was well worth the quality we got. We had received another quote which was less from another company, but i could never get a hold of our contact, and there seemed to be a constant misunderstanding with what we wanted. Ray, on the other hand, was very easy to contact and communicate with through the entire process. You get what you pay for. We look forward to working with Ray and his team of professionals in our future projects."
