"My wife and I purchased a charming brick ranch home from the 1970s with dreams of transforming it into our ideal living space. Our first project was opening up the kitchen/family room to the living room by removing a load-bearing wall—definitely not a DIY job. On Monday, a professional crew of four, led by a foreman, arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and got straight to work. They were not only highly skilled but also incredibly polite, keeping the work area immaculate during the demolition. By the second day, the team had seamlessly removed the remaining 2x4s, installed a robust lintel beam, and perfectly matched the drywall and trim to the rest of the house. We also had an outdated picket wall around the basement stairs. Isai recommended modernizing it with a sleek 3-foot wall, and it was completed within the three-day timeframe. Thrilled with their exceptional work, we discussed adding a dream screen porch and deck. The estimate was too good to pass up, so we went ahead. The results were nothing short of spectacular. The screen porch was beautifully integrated with the roof joists, and the deck, built on sturdy 6x6 posts and attached to the house, was a masterpiece. The porch featured custom wiring for lights, a ceiling fan, and outdoor floodlights, with a stunning tongue-and-groove pine ceiling stained in a glossy walnut finish. Isai returned to vent and wire the microwave, install LED lighting, and add a sconce light. He even refinished the ceiling and windows. After removing the cabinets, Isai didn’t miss a beat, finishing the ceiling, painting the trim and windows, and installing a beautiful tile backsplash. When we realized our old appliances didn’t match the newly renovated space, Isai went above and beyond, helping us select and purchase new appliances and offering to install them. Huezo Construction exceeded our expectations in every way with their exceptional craftsmanship, incredible value, and the wonderful camaraderie we developed with Isai and his crew. "Service went very well.  He is very busy and didn't have an opening in his schedule for 4-6 weeks, but we were in no rush and didn't push him.  He came out the day after I called and gave a fair quote.  His advice on the brand, type, and amount of paint needed was very helpful.  We moved the furniture to the middle of the rooms and he took care of the rest. 
One of the rooms had large areas on the walls where you could almost see through the paint after it dried, since he was here 2 days, we pointed it out the second morning and he agreed it needed one more coat than the other rooms and did so without question.  We are very satisfied with the work he did and the finished product. 
We'll be keeping him in mind for future needs.

"Casey installed the ceiling fan in my 19 foot ceiling. It had a 6 foot downrod and now the room feels much cooler. And installed another ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. He also had to run the wiring in the attic for both fans which was a very difficult attic and small space to work through. He did excellent work and I recommend him to my friends and family. And I would recommend him for any electrical project you may have. I wish I could post a picture so you could see his excellent work"

"They have only completed half the house because extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) prevented them from coming back as planned. They will return to complete the job next week. They cleaned our upper two floors thoroughly including shampooing carpets. The windows were not quite as clean as I would have liked but they still did a good job. They began on the kitchen but did not get to finish. I can give a better report after January 13th"
