"We were extremely happy with the process from beginning to end. We had several other companies come out and we saw a difference right away with the inspector's approach and knowledge. Since we've never done this type of project before we didn't know what to expect from the crew during the installation. The foreman showed up on time as scheduled and was very considerate of our situation. They helped me cover up some of our stored items to protect it from dust installed a full drain system around the perimeter or our basement and made it look easy to jack hammer and haul out so much concrete and debris. Within 3 days our basement was fully restored and dry again. Since then we've had several heavy rain storms and we couldn't be happier with how everything works just like the inspector originally showed us. Definitely a 5 star operation and relieved when I didn't get a really high price at first then lower prices each time I said I'd think about it. Basement Systems gave us a competitive price up front and we didn't have to listen to another story of how he would give me some magical deal only if I gave them a deposit for the job at that very moment. Spending almost $8500 for a home repair was a huge deal for us and we appreciate the other reviews we read on Home Advisor, Thanks!!"

"Within a day or two of our inquiry, owner/manager Kyle Hodges was here to evaluate our problem and give an estimate for the work he discussed with us. Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough. So far the work they did has solved the problem successfully, and we look forward to their return in the spring for more corrective landscaping. "Great service, friendly, cooperative & extremely punctual! Beautiful results in a very timely fashion. No mess left behind at all! My driveway was a VERY big & difficult task. It required complete tear down & proper re-doing including all new crushed stone (there was none originally - they just poured a thin layer of asphalt over clay). They had to haul away about 6 tons of field stone then create a flat and level surface for the pool. They then seeded and put straw down on the bare area. They showed up on time and finished at the end of the day. Outdoor advantage is my go to company for any landscaping project.
