"We were extremely happy with the process from beginning to end. We had several other companies come out and we saw a difference right away with the inspector's approach and knowledge. Since we've never done this type of project before we didn't know what to expect from the crew during the installation. The foreman showed up on time as scheduled and was very considerate of our situation. They helped me cover up some of our stored items to protect it from dust installed a full drain system around the perimeter or our basement and made it look easy to jack hammer and haul out so much concrete and debris. Within 3 days our basement was fully restored and dry again. Since then we've had several heavy rain storms and we couldn't be happier with how everything works just like the inspector originally showed us. Definitely a 5 star operation and relieved when I didn't get a really high price at first then lower prices each time I said I'd think about it. Basement Systems gave us a competitive price up front and we didn't have to listen to another story of how he would give me some magical deal only if I gave them a deposit for the job at that very moment. "Company was hired to prepare and excavate a pad site for a pole barn garage. The guy "Wilson" knows what he is doing however he short changed me on the services that we agreed to. In addition, he under estimated materials needed to complete the work as well as while excavating the area, my sprinkler system was damaged. I had to advise him to come back and complete compaction of fill dirt. After compaction you were able to see that the site was clearly not leveled. I had to bring in more fill dirt to accommodate for this. I paid him anyway because his effort was good, but after payment he never followed up with me. It's like once he was paid then you never hear from him!"
