"The concrete around our house was extremely old. The house is 80 years old so safe to say so was the concrete. It was time to get it ripped up and replaced, I got a couple of other quotes and Gibran's was the fairest. Him and his crew arrived and started tearing into it. It did not look like easy work and in the end the concrete looked great. I'm writing this review about 2 months after he completed the job and so far it looks great, not breaking or cracking or anything like that. My only minor complaint was at the start communication went unanswered for a while. I was not too bothered about this as I didn't ever think he wasn't going to do the job or anything like that but if somebody else gets worked up over these things just give him a bit of time. His job is pretty hard so I would not hold it against anybody not replying to texts when you're in the middle of splitting concrete slabs apart!"

E & B Masonary are very professional, easy to work with and takes great pride in their work!!! They did not overcharge the work for this project. They cleaned up after the work was finished, made every effort to answer all my questions, and obtained good brick samples for my approval before the start of the project!!! "Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."
