"I am so happy with the work that 5 Star Concrete did for me. The price was reasonable and the work they did was great. I needed new concrete by the garage overhead door and some new concrete by my back door. Gibran even did a few little extras for me at no additional cost. He came out to my house on Thursday and gave me an estimate. Monday morning he came out with his crew and did the job. He is the Owner of this Company and he comes out with his crew to work with them and oversees the work being done. Gibran is honest and listened to any concerns I had regarding the work and he will make suggestions if he sees a way to make it even better. He is a very busy guy so if you call him and get the voicemail, leave him a message and he will get back to you."

E & B Masonary are very professional, easy to work with and takes great pride in their work!!! They did not overcharge the work for this project. "Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."

All the mentioned work occurred during 3 visits spread across some 18 months; but none of the visits required more than a single day to complete. A year after our last work was done (the poly-jacking), The Real Seal, at my request but at no charge, even sent out a technician to replace/redo some concrete plugs in those poly-jack holes that had popped out probably due to outdoor temperature swings."

"I hired Salgado’s to repair our 17 year old paver patio and walkway. The pavers were sinking and stained, and moss was growing between them. Greg and his team took great care with leveling the patio, stoop and walkway. They clearly know what they are doing. They removed all the plastic edging which was lifting and shifting and replaced it with a special concrete product. They cleaned and sealed the pavers and the patio looks like new. Greg was on-site most of the time and kept us updated on their progress. I had other estimates and the price was fair. We are thrilled with the work and would highly recommend Salgado’s."
