He installed the second of two remote water watch alarms and reworked a discharge line to limit any chance it could be noisy. He explained everything he had done - a 1st Class professional. "I had structural repairs done to a large retaining wall, and needed masonry work done to replace missing bricks and repair the openings for the wall supports. in addition, I had two back steps that needed to be rebuilt. I had an excellent experience with Masonry Mata. The initial inspection and quote was detailed and accurate. They came up with a creative solution to repair the wall openings. They were available quickly and were quite responsive. At times there were 5 different masons working, and you can't tell who touched what because they were all quite competent. With careful matching of grout and style, the repaired areas are invisible as they match the rest of the wall. The repair of the steps also went quickly and as planned. They rebuilt the brick exterior, moved the stones to be aesthetically pleasing, and found stone to match and replace cracked ones. All areas were pressure-washed and left cleaner than when they started All in all, a professional job performed by a hardworking, competent crew. I recommend them."

"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
