"At fist, everything was good. Few days into the job, the crew go scheduled for another job. Then it seemed like my job was rushed. past few months started to notice more and more cracks in the sheet rock. Now I have a large hole where one of the piers were install. was filled with concrete. The concrete broke and exposed a large hole that was never filled in properly. Have tried to contact them by phone and email, with no such luck. Phones are disconnected and cant send any type of message to them."

"Mr. Ed Wise at E-Tex Foundation Repair in Gladewater, Tx (903-331-3278) said the procedure would take a total of three days, told me everything that needed to be done, and kept in touch.  He called the day before to tell me they were coming out the next morning.   He and the crew were very friendly, and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally.  After digging out four pier holes, they laid cement and left it to dry through the next day.  He called the next day and let me know when they were coming out on the third morning.  They arrived on time and jacked the slab to re-level and shimmed with solid concrete blocks and plate steel shims.  Ground areas that had been lost were filled in with dirt and well-packed, and concrete pieces and dirt stabilized my driveway.  Everything was cleaned up from the work area, and I was extremely happy with the results.  I would recommend this company of very friendly, very competent people to everyone I know.  With the work guaranteed (with a transferable warranty) for 30 years, I have nothing but the best to say about the people and the services rendered.  Excellent communication from Mr. Wise beginning with my first email to the company for a bid through the completion of the job!

"I want to preface this by saying we searched for 5 months for a good concrete guy. For one reason or another, they all fell through. Some were too pricey; some never returned our calls. Some even came out to look and then never followed up with sending us a quote. Overall, no one seemed to care about wanting our business (and this was not exactly a small job!). We were very frustrated until we found Quality Cement Jobs. He promptly returned our call. He stayed in contact with us through the entire process and always answered the phone when we had a question, or if he was busy, he got back to us very quickly. They were very reasonably priced, they were working on our job within a week from our first call, and the customer service was excellent. When they tore out our old patio, there were some issues with the ground underneath. He was patient with us as we tried to decide what to do, and he didn't push us to make a decision we would regret later. He even brought out someone knowledgeable with the type of issue we were having so we could hear a second opinion. I feel like any other concrete company would have walked away because it was such a mess, but he helped us through it and even did extra work, outside of the quote we were given, to make sure we were happy. In the end, our new patio and driveway addition look amazing, and we are completely satisfied. Would definitely hire them again if we needed any other work done."
