The workers arrived on time, got started promptly and finished the job in one day! A trench was dug across the interior front of our town house, with minimal dust and debris. All debris was cleaned up as the workers went along. The run-off line and pop-up was done so well, you can hardly tell where the pop-up is!. The workers were kind enough to remove a troublesome bush that was in the way, at no charge. We are throroughly happy with the job that was done. Now we can replace the flooring in that front room without worrying about dampness from under the front wall."

I obtained a total of 3 estimates for the job and all were quite similar for the overall cost.  Kyle and his team were professional throughout the process.  The overall craftsmanship was very high.  My only quibble would be that the joints between the stone pieces were not as narrow as might be ideal.  The brick work in the backyard is very tight and appears durable.  I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

"Removed old concrete patio: This was an old 1963-era concrete slab. Massive. Mike & his team brought in jackhammers and made quick work of it. Waterproofing: Removing the old slab revealed a damaged (and possibly leaking) portion of the house wall, which Mike's team repaired well. Replaced with new patio: Mike's team poured a new cement layer, then installed a new flagstone patio surface on top of that. Also a new step (concrete with flagstone exterior) at the door threshold. They also re-installed an iron railing which had been part of the original patio configuration. The job went well in all respects. We're happy with the team's work and with the new patio. I've worked with Mike and Diversified Contractors several times now. Each time, Mike has had good ideas & suggestions. Each time, his team has demonstrated excellent skills. Again, I'm looking forward to our next project."

Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."
