"We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. "Patrick kept me informed on what time he was going to arrive as I was not his first call for the day.  While he was there, I also had him look at a rusted galvanize pipe in the laundry  area that has been leaking for a while.  He discovered that the rust had made a hole in the nipple where the fitting ended.  Besides expertly installing the hot water heater replacing the galvanize pipe with copper he also replaced the leaking pipe in the laundry area for a reasonable additional charge.  He was very professional  and although this particular job took longer than he expected, he stayed with his estimated price.  I am a  competent  do-it-yourselfer that is getting up in years, so I did not want to tackle this job.  Watching Patrick perform this job made me glad that I did not do  it myself.  Upon finishing up, he also cleaned up the area well. I would definitely hire him again and also recommend him to my friends."
