"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

We were waiting and waiting on other concrete companies and no one would even come out and give us a bid. When we called Shane he was the only one that took care of us. "Patrick kept me informed on what time he was going to arrive as I was not his first call for the day.  While he was there, I also had him look at a rusted galvanize pipe in the laundry  area that has been leaking for a while.  He discovered that the rust had made a hole in the nipple where the fitting ended.  Besides expertly installing the hot water heater replacing the galvanize pipe with copper he also replaced the leaking pipe in the laundry area for a reasonable additional charge.  He was very professional  and although this particular job took longer than he expected, he stayed with his estimated price.  I am a  competent  do-it-yourselfer that is getting up in years, so I did not want to tackle this job.  Watching Patrick perform this job made me glad that I did not do  it myself.  Upon finishing up, he also cleaned up the area well. I would definitely hire him again and also recommend him to my friends."
