"Alex from Lux, gave me very helpful advice and he concluded that his companys services were not warented. Trustworthy, honest advice, and he answered all my questions thoroughly with visual and verbal explaination. Lux is a company I would recommend and use in the future. In my personal opinion, Alex saved me $10-30k in waterproofing. He said that I did not have a moisture issue in my basement and he gave me 3 things I could do to make my basement environment safe and sound for the future. A different contractor came in and gave me a free estimate to put a sump pump in for $7k and then Id need to finish my basement for an estimate of $20k. Alex from Lux, said I had a dry foundation and that my mold on my vinyl was likely a cause from a leak years ago from my washer or my dishwasher a level above. I truly felt that Alex was truthful, helpful and Honest. Go with Lux if you seek an honest opinion and company."

"I hired the contractor to replace an improperly installed drainage system and seal the poured concrete foundation from the outside at my primary home. I was totally favourably impressed with the complete job and hired Jim to install a similar drainage system and seal the foundation from the outside at my sons home where water was coming thru the total cinder block foundation / basement wall and external entry stairway. He said he would come back to address any issues if I experience any problems in the future. "Not only was the job done early and efficiently, they went beyond: after removing a large, old and very hard concrete slab, they even raked the disturbed area AND covered it with straw. It was amazing to see the driver maneuver the truck with flatbed as if it were a tiny smart car. And the way they sawed and removed the slab, was a sight to be seen. Just amazing workers!!!"
