"There were some problems with this installation. I had wanted the concrete stamped with a slate pattern but that wasn't done. It was left as just a solid concrete. However when this problem was discovered it was handled quickly and efficiently and I was offered a choice of having it torn out or a price reduction. I chose a price reduction and am happy that I did and the mistake was made as I believe what I have now will wear better and last longer than my original intent. I am giving Natco an A because of their honesty and readiness to admit and correct an error. Errors can be made but it's the way they're handled that make a difference."

Then we went to home advisors and found Western Roots Masonary to fix the sitting wall and pliers which were not level the walls had pits and were very uneven they were just a mess. Rick helped us decide on how to cover the existing walls and pliers. We did stone. The end result was way beyond our wildest dreams .
