"It was $300 cheaper to rip out and replace my sidewalk then do concrete leveling. I chose leveling due to schedule. That could be done immediately. Rip out and replace not till spring and then it would create a mess. In the end i wish I would have waited. The leveling was so so. I believe what the contractor did was best that the technology could do. I talked to the craft about my concerns while on-site and they were straight forward with answers. Basically technology was over sold. MasterServices was professional. They followed up before install and after.. There is a difference between service and product. My issue is totally with product delivered. Let's talk price as I'm sure many want to know costs. The minimum charge is $1500, but thats standard in the industry. I had 10 foot of sidewalk so that is why it would have been cheaper to replace. Actually 10 ft was lifted but the quote on replacement was everything 20' plus front stoop. Would I work with masterservices again? Wow that really depends! In my mind its the product delivered, not about how many times customer service calls you."

"F Stone Design - Fernando has successfully completed two jobs for me. One in stone (wall) and the other in brick (Front entrance repair). Both jobs were extremely well done. Not only was the final product first rate, the work was completed on time with minimal disruption. Cleanup was meticulous. Overall a great job and customer experience."

"Highly recommended!  I contracted with Brick Solutions owner, Joe Walls, to have a badly damaged concrete driveway replaced with brick pavers.  I had previously gotten estimates for replacing the driveway with new concrete but I was concerned about damaging the roots of a very old tulip poplar tree adjacent to the driveway.  When the concrete contractor informed
me if he didn?t cut the roots he couldn?t guarantee the concrete but if he did cut the roots he could not guarantee the tree would survive, I decided to go with brick.
Joe said he could do the driveway without damaging the roots.  He broke up the old concrete with a jackhammer rather than bringing in heavy equipment.  We consulted with an arborist who told Joe what could or could not be cut.  When our plan to save a portion of the old concrete did not work out because it was too cracked Joe volunteered to break it up and replace it
with brick at no extra charge.  He worked carefully, followed all out suggestions, and managed to give us a smooth brick
driveway that looks much better than what we had before.
In short, Brick Solutions did a great job for a reasonable price and it was pleasure to work with Joe.

"My wife and I built a house in 2019 and was undecided on if we wanted to hard surface our driveway so we decided to hold off. As we moved into spring/summer 2020 we decided to move forward with hard surfacing our driveway. After receiving 2 asphalt quotes I reached out to Chris with Extreme Design and he not only provided a competitive quote for asphalt he also provided a concrete quote. My wife and decided to go with concrete, and we are happy with that decision. "Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

"Owner/operator John Rife is a top notch contractor who employs first rate employees to get the job done. In my basement, I had a concrete slab floor and two old, drafty windows that needed replacement. I wanted him to put down a nice Cali Bamboo floor and add new Anderson windows. When he came to give his initial estimate, we talked at length about what the job entailed. He answered my questions, however ridiculous, with a direct honesty that was refreshing. John gave me the price estimate that was fair: not as high as other contractors with whom I spoke but not as low as others either. What made him our pick was that I felt that based on our conversations, I could trust him to do the job on time and on budget. I am happy to say that not only was the job done on time, the price did not go up along the way. How often does that happen? In two days, John's employees, Chris and Edward, worked diligently to get the job done. They must have done more than a few jobs together because, except for the occasional work related banter, they hardly spoke. They would arrive at 8am and leave by 4pm and work for the entire time. If not for the intermittent sound of a power saw, I would scarcely have known they were down there at all. When on the second day their work was done, they packed up and left without me having thanked them for a job well done. If you are reading this Chris and Edward, you did great. Thanks! David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.
