Price was very much in line with other quotes we got, but First Impressions was professional, responsive and very easy to work with. Weather delayed the project significantly, but to me that means First Impressions is more interested in doing the job right than pouring when it's too cold, too wet, etc. We've already contracted with them for a driveway repair, so complete confidence in the work and would definitely recommend to others. Be patient, they're in high demand, but worth the wait."

Mitch and his crew did a great job of clearing the old and replacing it with a new 10' wide concrete driveway. They stayed on schedule, managed their equipment use well in a tight neighborhood, and cleaned everything up after reach day. We are quite happy with the finished project and the work they did. Mitch was easy going, responsive to inquiries and reasonably priced. We would use them again if another concrete projects arises."

Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."
