"The concrete around our house was extremely old. The house is 80 years old so safe to say so was the concrete. It was time to get it ripped up and replaced, I got a couple of other quotes and Gibran's was the fairest. Him and his crew arrived and started tearing into it. It did not look like easy work and in the end the concrete looked great. I'm writing this review about 2 months after he completed the job and so far it looks great, not breaking or cracking or anything like that. My only minor complaint was at the start communication went unanswered for a while. I was not too bothered about this as I didn't ever think he wasn't going to do the job or anything like that but if somebody else gets worked up over these things just give him a bit of time. His job is pretty hard so I would not hold it against anybody not replying to texts when you're in the middle of splitting concrete slabs apart!"

"I had some major work done on my house this year and I went back to someone I trusted: Eddie, Manny and Mike from E&B Masonry. They did a porch project for me in 2018 and it was great. I used them again. They gave me a good price, but I also knew that they would get the job done right. They included me on each decision and checked with me through out the project. I had roofing repairs on my parapet wall where the previous owner had roofed over the limestone causing water building up. During this they found damaged bricks. They took pictures and video to show me what they needed to do. Then they did work on the outside wall where someone else I hired failed to do the tuckpointing. Finally, they installed all new concrete sidewalks from front to back and side to side. This included stairs going down to the basement. They had to pitch the concrete in creative ways and added a new drain to handle additional water. It looks fantastic. I am hiring them to do some additional jobs as well."

The job was completed in a reasonable time frame (the longest wait was for my village to approve the permit!). It looks beautiful, greatly improving the curb appeal. "Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."

"Great work! Tony came out to give us a quote and I couldn't do much becuase we hadnt exposed the walls and taken down the dywall and insulation. My husband did that (to save us money) and the next day we got a huge rainstorm and tony came out again (he was not even scheduled to) and saw the problem and told me how they'd fix it. He was great at explaining it in laymens terms. They were booked 3 weeks out (popular) and they guy came to fix it and man did he earn his $$. The 3 cracks in all different walls were huge and they sealed from the inside all the way to the outside. He was able to show us a little outside work that needed to be done (it was NOT an upsale) and we are so glad we listened. Highly Recommend"
