We set a time and date, he followed up with a confirmation call the day before the appointment and again the day of the appointment. He later called me on the day of the appointment and told me he could arrive earlier if that worked for me. Although my problem was not something his company handled, he took the time to help me, in the cold rain, with the downspout placement and gave me a recommendation of how to fix the issue. Because he did not have a qualified vendor to recommend, he declined to recommend anyone, which I appreciated. He went above and beyond and even got soaked in the rain trying to help out. "We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else.  We were very impressed with them."

Dumpster and cars left in my parking lot when all the spots were already accounted for. Made it nearly an unusable space.(In company's defense, they were having a ton of trouble with the dumpster company). Even after they were told this nothing changed.
Did not provide accurate updates of the work and what the end result would be.
