"After securing 3 estimates, we decided on NV Waterproofing to complete the job. The workers arrived on time, got started promptly and finished the job in one day! A trench was dug across the interior front of our town house, with minimal dust and debris. All debris was cleaned up as the workers went along. The run-off line and pop-up was done so well, you can hardly tell where the pop-up is!. The workers were kind enough to remove a troublesome bush that was in the way, at no charge. We are throroughly happy with the job that was done. Now we can replace the flooring in that front room without worrying about dampness from under the front wall."

Since I live in a town house with limited access to the backyard, Brian talked to the neighbors whose side and backyards were used to access my yard and reassured them that any damage to the grass would be taken care of.
My concrete patio had sunken into the ground so water didn't drain away from the house and the wood frames on my hill were rotting. Now the patio looks great and thanks to the layers under the paver will have better drainage. The hill will now be easier to maintain thanks to Brian's suggestion to put cloth and stones in the frames.
His team was careful to clean up our sidewalks and street when they were finished and reseeded any damaged grass areas, which were also covered with a layer of straw.
I hope to have Brian's team come back periodically to help maintain the hill and complete other small projects.
