"They initially thought we needed the foundations and poles replaced on one or more support poles for our main border beam. This was based on measurements before the carpet was taken out. We scheduled the work, and had the carpet removed. Once removed, it was apparent to the crew that showed up that the work didn’t need to be done. They quickly reassessed and were honest with me about the reassessment. Their crew was already on site and they could have easily just done the work and billed us. They had a structural engineer contact us to follow up and do a formal reassessment of what work needs to be done. Their crew chief attended the engineer’s assessment to make sure they understood. Their estimators and crew were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I paid their crew (already on site) to tear apart some wall to make sure we completed the inspection, but no additional work needed to be done. Their work ethic and commitment to getting this right has them on the top of my list for any future work I need done in their area of expertise."

"Within a day or two of our inquiry, owner/manager Kyle Hodges was here to evaluate our problem and give an estimate for the work he discussed with us. Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough.
