"Absolutely love the end product. I was looking for someone who would do excellent work, but also someone dependable who would come when he said he would, work on my job until it was done (not a half day here and there and skip off to another job while I had a half done shower)and be trusted to be in my home when I was not. And also someone who would only do what I needed done and let me do the rest to keep the total project cost down. Wayne is all of those things.
Start to finish the process took about 2 weeks of using the kids bathroom which included the glass being ordered and installed.
Wayne was able to suggest an electrician to do some of my other work and even coordinated with him to make the electrician's job easier.
He communicated frequently so I always knew what was going on. Absolutely would use him again.

"My quartz countertop is beautiful! Saul helped me find my first choice of quartz at an affordable price. He and his team answered my many questions and went above and beyond my expectations. I saw their work at a local business site and knew S&F was a good choice. My new countertop is cut better than the original on my house. I canâ t say enough good about S&F."

"Keith Weddle (owner of Just Bathrooms) and his assistant, Justin, completely remodeled our master bathroom: removed original vanity and sink, fiberglass tub/shower and tile trim around it, all fixtures (plumbing and light), and old floor. In five full days, they removed everything listed above, installed a walk-in two-person-size shower unit and beautiful glass doors; and new drywall behind and around it, They removed two layers of vinyl flooring and installed new subfloor and waterproof vinyl plank flooring and new baseboard; moved the exhaust fan to the middle of the room and added a heat lamp (with timer switch) where the original exhaust had been. They picked up and installed all of the custom cabinetry we had ordered from Lowe's, painted the walls and ceiling and installed new doorknobs; installed a new mirror, light fixture and new vanity top with integral sink, new towel bars. Because they installed a linen cabinet for us, Keith also had to move an electrical outlet to another wall. Keith and Justin arrived between 8 and :45 every day and just took a short lunch. They were very methodical and all business, but friendly and patient - I ask a lot of questions. Keith has bathroom remodeling down to a science. No clean-up to speak of; just a little extra dust in the master bedroom."

"There was someone working on the project every day. Different professionals spoke English for each job. All questions were answered, and we were updated on every issue that came up as walls were torn down or pipes exposed. I knew the price was higher than that of other contractors', but I had also seen Centennial's work firsthand from a friend who was remodeling her entire house. They are professional and reliable. We had never done a remodel, and Brent had to help us pick items and places to go to stay within our budget. We will use them again."

"We live in an old home which can be difficult to work with standard measurements. Laziz and his team (Josh and Tom) did a fantastic job making sure everything was taken into consideration when installing the new shower, They were prompt, the quality of the work excellent and they did a great job cleaning up (one of my pet peeves since many workers do not). Love the manufactured stone look! Would use again and highly recommend."

Butcher block countertops come in three main styles, each offering a unique look and function. Flat grain, also known as face grain, showcases the natural wood patterns, giving your kitchen a modern and elegant appearance. Edge grain is made from long, narrow wood strips, making it sturdy and providing a consistent grain pattern. End grain features a checkerboard pattern that is highly durable and perfect for heavy food preparation. Each style caters to different aesthetic preferences and usage needs, enhancing your kitchen's look and functionality.
With proper care, wood countertops can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years. To keep yours looking like new, clean up spills immediately and reseal the surface regularly—ideally once a month in the first year, then twice a year after that. Regular maintenance helps preserve the wood's beauty and durability for decades.
Wood countertops aren't hard to maintain if you keep up with regular care. Simply clean them with mild soap and water after use and reseal them monthly during the first year (then twice a year afterward). Using a food-grade oil or sealant protects the wood from damage. With a bit of routine maintenance, your countertop will stay beautiful and durable.
Wood countertops are sanitary with proper care and maintenance. By sealing them with a food-grade sealant and cleaning them regularly with mild soap and water, you create a barrier that prevents bacteria from getting into the wood. Always dry the surface thoroughly after cleaning to keep it hygienic and safe for food prep.
It's best to oil raw wood countertops once a month during the first year. After that, you can oil them twice yearly to keep them in good shape. If your countertop is professionally stained or sealed, you might not need to oil it as often. Regular oiling helps prevent drying and cracking, preserving the wood's natural beauty and durability.
