"I have used Touchstone Group Construction on multiple projects in our vintage Greystone two-flat on Chicago's southside: new bath on 2nd floor that required a complete gut, variety of plumbing work throughout the entire building, complete reno of our basement install of Crown-Molding in 1st floor unit, install of light fixtures. We are so happy with results. The work is always fantastic, pricing is very competitive. This is a professional operation, they know what it takes to get the job done and they have the resources. And most importantly, renovation especially of a historic building always has surprises. At all times, they never back away from the issue and always, always come up with solution that is reasonable and affordable. I am getting ready to engage with Touchstone Group Construction again for some final issues that we need to address in this historic property and then.....we are going to buy another apartment building, probably a 3 flat and we already know exactly who we are going to call for all remodeling and issues. You will not be disappointed with this group!"

"Where do I start.... I called Dave once we closed on our house. The entire Interior / trim needed wallpaper removal, and fresh paint. Luckily I had and empty house to work with for about a month. He made sure he squeezed me in before we moved, which was a huge plus. After discussing my budget, we came to an agreement on a price that was more than reasonable. He and his team worked day / night / weekends to make sure it was done on time. I took forever to pick out colors, etc... and he never was impatient with me. He finished 90% of it on time, the other part was because I couldn't make a descision on color for that area. He came after we moved in and knocked that out promptly. Any touch ups, fixes etc that were needed, he came and did with no issue. He even took the liberty of going out and purchasing all the new air vents, and other things we needed. He even came back and repainted the kitchen completely after we wanted to change the color. I would highly recomend his company, and will use him again. Stand up guy."
