Adam and his skilled crew completely renovated our Wellfleet kitchen in 2022 (cabinets, appliances, flooring, lighting, countertops, etc.) and did a few other tasks around the house (painting the rec room, installing lights). All of the work and materials were of high quality and it was a pleasure working with Adam. He was flexible, responsive, patient about changes, knowledgeable about materials and vendors, and has a good design sense. And the job was done quickly. "Pav(lin) is every homeowners dream contractor! He is professional, personable and demonstrated care & concern for other parts of our home as well as the specific work we hired him to do. Pav removed the wall-to-wall carpeting on our stairway and two bedrooms, installed laminate flooring, stair treads & wrought iron spindles with our existing bannister. "I hired US ProPaint and Renovation after meeting JR, discussing my project, and receiving what I thought was a fair and thorough proposal describing the work to be completed in 2 bathrooms. The team that worked in my home was professional, and they arrived on time each day. They were very careful to clean up after themselves each day. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls. The entire process was excellent and the best experience I’ve had with a company doing renovation work in my home. I’d use US ProPaint again and have recommended them to others."

"We had vinyl plank flooring installed in our summer home. Given that we werenâ t there, communication was excellent. Eduardo sent pics throughout the process. He answered all of my questions promptly. Quality of work was excellent. They started earlier than expected and finished quickly. Over 1000 sq ft installed in 4 days along with full removal and disposal of wall to wall carpet. Everything was returned back to where it belonged which made minimal work for us to begin to enjoy the floors! I would highly recommend Eduardo and his staff to work in your home."
