"I would like to highly recommend Jim and his team from “The Patio Room Factory”. My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim and Mark as owners is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. Jim, Mark, Chris, Steve and Michael are very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. In the future if we need anything that “The Patio Room Factory” offers, we will not hesitate."

"Joe and his team did an excellent job! We asked to have the walls patched, repaired, and painted. He also removed the baseboards to prepare for the flooring installation. Joe was VERY responsive via email and cell phone. He was competitively priced and very reasonable and completed the job on time. They kept us up to date on the progress with photos since we were out of state. We selected the paint color and he was able to pick it up prior to the job. They did a great job.
