"Great overall experience! Had kitchen countertops, bathroom countertops and toilets replaced. Super job by Martin and his crew. Started on time and finished on time and we're super pleased with the quality of work. Highly recommend A&J Marble Dreams."

"I hired Apex American Homes here in Vista to refinish my kitchen and replace the countertops. I built this kitchen myself with my husband about 50 years ago, so keeping the original cabinet material was important to me. I just wanted everything refreshed and a new countertop. Igor was a pleasure to work with. He helped me pick the right materials while giving great advice on how to make the space more usable. His team didn’t just paint over the cabinets. They did everything the proper way, were very clean, punctual, and never cut corners. They even replaced all of the hinges for me. My kitchen looks so much better now and it brings back memories of when we first built it. Thank you for the wonderful work!"

"GREAT. Dave with a business name of "I'll Handle It" really did handle everything. To begin with, Dave was right on time, he was dressed neatly and had a good appearance. He had all the tools/equipment needed to complete my tiny job. I needed a floating shelf removed and a new one hung and to assemble a book case. After the book case was assembled, I needed 3 more shelves installed in open spaces of the book case. I also needed some 2 shelves installed that would act as support so some of the bookcase shelves wouldn't sag.... Dave was able to do all of my requestes with ease. When he was finished, Dave removed all of the trash. If I need any other items hung or assembled, I will, without a doubt, Call Dave as like his business card and the name of his business say "I'll Handle It". and that is exactly what he does. P.S. he also had a great sense of humor and made me laugh. THANKS DAVE... you are the best"

"Great company and very transparent. Finished in a timely manner and showed up on time as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or home improvement. Iâ m also going to contact them again when I need some more projects done."

"Ken did such a great job designing my kitchen. I love it so much. He and his contractors were very professional and transparent through the whole process. I would highly recommend this company."

"I hired C&H for a whole-house deep clean. Scheduling was easy, less than a week. The owner, Al, and his crew have been terrific; thorough, responsive, careful and hard-working, The price was affordable and the place looked great afterwards. I've never used a professional service before C&H. I began with the deep clean as a first step, and was so pleased with the results that I decided to have them back on a regular basis. I look forward to spending less of my free time cleaning. Lucky to have found them, and confidently recommend them to others. Included dusting and/or cleaning: wood floors, coated-concrete floors, cabinet/drawer faces, furniture, doors, bathrooms, mirrors/windows, sills, appliances, etc, etc."

"Precision Home Design & Remodeling did a great job remodeling our stairs, installing new flooring, and a few other 'side' jobs. They take great pride in their work, keep the job site clean, and keep you updated on progress. We are very happy with the result."

"After they redid our counter tops and island, we had them paint out cabinets and build shelves up to the ceiling. The communication was on point this time and the results speak for themselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for any home project."

"Excellent people to work with. The workers had high competence levels and very positive attitudes. The quality of the work was outstanding, and reminded me of my Dad's, who was an old-school homebuilder craftsmen; for example they hand applied an under coat and a hand finish to the wall plaster, instead of the now common spray finish - the difference is remarkable. There were minor problems with the tardiness of a few subs, but overall they worked hard to meet deadlines for an older house that held many surprises behind the walls. The finished home received many "wows" from visitors, particularly those who saw it before the remodeling. An appraiser for a refinance expressed similarly and gave it the highest rating she could for other than a new home."

"We hired Royalty Design and build to remodel our kitchen in our home in Cardiff by the sea. The house, built in the 90s, had outdated kitchen - cabinets, countertops and flooring. Before starting the remodel, we had consultation meetings with one of Royaltys designers, who helped us select materials and created a design that matched our vision. The project was managed by Lavi, who maintained excellent communication with us throughout. he was always professional and readily available to answer any questions we had. Lavi visited the site several times each week to check on progress and ensure everything was going smoothly. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Royalty design and build for your next project."
