"Pablo called me first and the the rest is history. He visited my home with the professional camera which takes measurements and brought the countertop samples and made recommendations. He recommended a showroom that stocks the type of materials we are interested in. During the installation he helped to remove the faucet and sink and installed them for free. He also removed the old granite countertop for us. Everything went well. I strongly recommend Soares Stone for your countertop project."

"We engaged Bob Phalan of Phalan Construction to do a number of small to medium size projects in our home, including: building and installing stairs from the kitchen to garage, building/ finishing/ installing a stair handrail, building/ finishing/ installing doors for an existing kitchen cabinet, repairing 2 sinking decks, getting rid of squeaks in the floor, leveling a number of doors. Bob does excellent work, he really knows his stuff and is a master craftsman in all kinds of home projects, especially carpentry. "I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

"This was our 3rd project we contacted SILMAC Construction and Joe over the years. We need a complete refresh of condo unit in Charlestown in order to list and we working on very tight timeline. The refresh included refinishing wood floors, overall interior painting of the unit, electrical updating and final deep cleaning for showing of the unit. Joe jumped on the job on a Saturday less than 24 hours after our rental tenants moved out and completed the entire refresh in less than 10 days within the price he quote.
