"We started out hiring Dan to pour a foundation for a yurt we were building. Then we hired him to do ground work. Then to put up the yurt and build the deck. Finally we decided to just hire him to finish the interior. It all turned out amazing. It would not be as wonderful a space without Danâ s insight and suggestions. We love it! And everyone who has rented it has been so impressed and so in love with it!"

"If you are looking for a construction company for hire then I pray this review is helpful because I never do reviews, and JPK Construction deserves one! This company not only does quality work, they are up-front about costs, very good at communicating problems or issues, and everyone on their team is honest and hard-working. They are also very kind-hearted (caring about your happiness) and they keep a clean, safe work area. I pray this review helps you in your decision. Thank You JPK Construction for treating me so good😁"

"They did a good job especially considering how brittle my old siding had become over the years. I’m pleased with their work and the price was right. I plan to hire them to do a couple more small jobs that I’m to old to do myself."

"Did and excellent job repairing the seam in my granite countertops."

"It went very well, we will continue to use them with any resurfacing job . Tubs, showers, Cabinets, tile. It’s endless what they can do! Prompt, Professional Service."

"We contacted Richard regarding the job, and had a quote back within the week - good quote.  He quickly responded to any questions  we had, and scheduled the work.  They completed the demo in one day, a few days before the cabinets showed up - if I had to do this again, I would hold off on the demolition until the cabinets were in, as it is difficult to live without a kitchen, especially with children.  It took approximately two weeks for the kitchen to be completed, with slight delays due to a damaged cabinet, time for the new countertops to set, appliance delivery, etc.  One hitch developed when the dishwasher was hooked up incorrectly, and water ran into my basement - I called Richard, and once I got through the answering service, he contacted the plumber, and we resolved the problem immediately over the phone, and the plumber was at my house at 8 the next morning ( a Saturday of a holiday weekend) to permanently fix the problem.  At the end of the two weeks, we had a great new kitchen, well installed, and we were thrilled!"
