"Our 20 year old kitchen was in need of an update and, based on reviews, we contracted with John Dolan. We could not be happier. Caroline guided us through the design process, including selecting the quartz for the counters and tiles for the backsplash. She also anticipated the need to do some minor modifications on our existing cabinets to accommodate our new appliances. Once our choices were made, Lorraine handled the ordering and scheduling and all went as planned.
The entire job took three days. On the first day they removed the old countertop, sink, faucet, disposal and tile backsplash, disconnected our old appliances, and did the cabinet modifications On the second day the quartz counter top and appliances were installed along with the plumbing to connect the new sink and disposal. On the final day the new tile backsplash was installed.
Caroline, Lorraine and all of the workers involved in this project were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that coordinated the entire project in such a seamless manner. We could not be more pleased with the entire process and the finished result. It is understandable why they have earned and deserve such consistently high ratings!

"Bob helped me out to replace old ducting for a kitchen hood vent from a smaller size to a bigger one to prepare for new larger kitchen hood that I will be installing. He went above and beyond what I was was hoping for the project including adding a thermal break, additional insulation and damper to the vent that I did not think of. He was great to work with and had great recommendations for future projects at home. I will totally work with him again in the future."

Top notch skills of masonry. Very professional and friendly. "Carlos and his team did a great job. The house was first power washed and then prep began. There was carpentry work that needed to be done over a few days very professionally. There was extensive sanding and caulking of wood surfaces by several people. They applied a tinted oil primer stain and one coat latex solid stain to the walls which were sprayed on and back brushed. They protected our unusual lead windows by covering them in plastic. All trim, windows and corner boards received two coats of exterior latex paint. And some days there were more than 6 people on the job to make up for rain delays. Carpentry was priced separately at $2,590."
