"Need to have front porch columns, overhang and decorative railing redone due to water and insect damage. First spoke with Aaron in autumn of 2013. Said he was too busy and please call back in the spring. Spoke with Aaron a few times on the phone in late winter 2014, and traded a few emails. He was clear they were still very busy, and the work may not get done for a while. Discussed T&M contract and possible date, but never got to formal contract. Further delayed due to referral to a mason (reference provided at no charge) to get porch steps done first. Very professional and personable in conversations, but just too busy for me."

"Excellent. Completely gutted my old bathroom and remodeled it. Started on time and kept to the promised schedule. Great communication and the guys were very respectful and friendly. We gave Jim (owner) the information he needed to complete the remodel (pictures and diagrams) and picked all the tile, fixtures and vanity etc. Jim's knowledge was essential to the project and spot on. The price quote they gave me was very competitive and the final # was as per the quote. Thanks, Bella craft."
