The workmanship is outstanding, and everyone was very professional. Our project lead Zack was new to the company, but he was very knowledgeable and reliable. He was great at communicating with us, and we always knew what to expect and when to expect it. The only real issue we had was regarding the price of the shower tile/bathroom countertop, which turned out to be over budget though we remember being told it wouldn't be. Jordan made everything right and honored our original agreement. Many companies would not have done that, and they'll definitely get our repeat business because of that. My only advice to them would be to put the actual tile and countertop pricing in writing beforehand. Otherwise, we couldn't be happier with their work and their company."
