"The team was friendly. The sales process reasonably smooth but flexible. The price was higher than expected but was itemized and transparent with no surprises. The job was difficult admittedly. That said, the timing was much longer than what most buyers would likely consider reasonable. The difficulty of the job was only one of numerous contributing factors. Aside from timing, a note to homeowners of older homes would be to be personally knowledgeable about properly mamaging the hazards associated with asbestos and lead related to any demo work and insist on proper handling. Bath Shop does not have, or did not exhibit this expertise on our 1950's reno even after being alerted to the presence of hazardous substances in existing building materials. Finally, be prepared to take the time to personally supervise your job and have them note the placement, height, width, etc., of all plumbing fixtures and other features prior to install. The items installed are good quality. We are grateful to have the work complete."

It went extremely well. JC was very polite, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up after himself. To be honest, our master bath is such a large area I was afraid I would not be able to use it for a very long time but within a week JC had both floors done. He did a beautiful job! I am so excited with it that everyone who has been to my home in the past week has been treated to a tour of my new master bath! I don't believe I have ever had work done in my home before that the work area was left as spotless at the end of the project as this was. I was truly amazed. It took him about a week and each day he showed up exactly when he said he would. He even left the work area clean each day. That really impressed me. He was very polite and handled himself in a most professional manner. I was all full of questions (It was a big job and I was nervous!) about each step and he was very patient with me. He took the time to answer all my questions.

Having work done in your home is always exciting but can be very nerve wracking as well, but JC made it a pleasurable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We are planning at some point on replacing the tile in my kitchen along with remodeling the kitchen island and when we are ready for that project I will be contacting JC again.
