"This was a 440 square foot addition with a 240 square foot deck; Jorge finished the project within two months while still providing excellent workmanship. To support this accomplishment, I had to do my part also. Choose materials that were readily available, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, etc. You cannot finish a project in two months if you choose custom order materials that have a three/four-month lead time. This is to say, my expectations were realistic, and I had to enable and collaborate with Jorge so he could help me. Jorge and his people exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was very good, if we had an issue we would discuss and resolve. Financially this was a huge project for myself and my family. There are a lot of things that can go wrong when you are moving earth, tearing out walls and building something from your imagination and a 2-D drawing. I am very glad; I chose Silver Lakes Construction/Jorge to guide me through this process."

"It seemed like it took forever but it was worth every penny. They are fabulous people to work with. Our new kitchen is beautiful. We knocked out a wall that divided a family room & kitchen and made it one BIG room. Hickory cabinets,granite counter's large 9' ft. granite island, tile floor. Stainless steel appliance's. It's just a Great looking Kitchen. I should of put it in Star paper before/after. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!"

Project: Bathroom remodel with complete gutting and redesigned with instillation of new and bigger shower, toilet, sink with basin cabinet, mirror, lighting, flooring, HVAV duct work added and moved the entrance door to allow easier and direct access to the shower. "Jim, a master carpenter, arrived at agreed time and was able to repair a damaged kitchen island countertop so it looks great. Also fixed rickety chairs, two drawer slides, loose bathroom tiles and installed several carpet transitions strips. All done in a professional manner. Countertop repair took some real brainstorming and Jim came up with a great fix, avoiding replacement of a top that couldn’t be matched."
