"I highly recommend this company for granite repair. They promptly responded to my request and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and repaired my granite countertop so flawlessly that you can’t even tell where the crack had been. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of the workmanship was pristine. Reliable, skilled, and highly professional from start to finish."

"Had a old window that needed replaced and want to put a sliding door Instead. Called Rollsheild for pricing, there prices where very reasonable compared to other company's I called. I decided to go with a triple slider that would require some of the cement block to be cut out in order to fit slider. Workers come came out, on time, super professional, very polite and did amazing work to get the job done in one day! The triple slider completely transformed my entire living space. The owner of the company even took time out to call me when the job was done to see if I needed anything else. I would highly recommend for any window or complete upgraded transformations with your home!"

"Construction is a ridiculously stressful business… I hired Nick and his wife to get the job done on my bathroom that I know would be timeless, and I would never have to remodel again… I went with a marble tile, black and white feel. There were so many obstacles in this 1920’s home but they found the path."

"I had two bathrooms renovated. Javier and his team did a fantastic job! I invited several constructors to my house and talked with them about my projects. Javier looks most outstanding among them - unlike other constructors who felt I had too much requirements, Javier was very confident to take my projects with many challenges. The price is also reasonable. His team worked efficiently. Javier is professional and responsible. He gave suggestions to make our projects even more perfect. I couldn't thank enough for their hard working. I highly recommend Ateam for home renovation. They are the right people I'm looking for to make dreams come true."

"Yeti Construction replaced my 33yr old windows with hurricane windows and installed hardware for hurricane shutters that I can put up on my own. After getting a number of estimates, Bruce from Yeti gave me a price that was fair. There were no hidden costs. The entire crew was dependable, professional, competent and thorough. I would use Yeti for other projects and have comfortably recommended them to others!"

"rom the start of the project, Crystian and Richard accommodated our plans and needs for the screen room project. The job went without delay and the screened front porch is an asset to to the house! Rainer and his partner, installers, worked without stopping to complete the project. They even came back twice to adjust to our needs. Definitely consider this company for your project! Part 2! I took my own recommendation! We called Top Tier back to install another screen room, on the back patio! Beautiful job, once again! Thank you again, Richard! Kudos to Ranier the installer! He and his assistant worked until after 7 PM to ensure that all was installed properly to my complete satisfaction."

Butcher block countertops come in three main styles, each offering a unique look and function. Flat grain, also known as face grain, showcases the natural wood patterns, giving your kitchen a modern and elegant appearance. Edge grain is made from long, narrow wood strips, making it sturdy and providing a consistent grain pattern. End grain features a checkerboard pattern that is highly durable and perfect for heavy food preparation. Each style caters to different aesthetic preferences and usage needs, enhancing your kitchen's look and functionality.
With proper care, wood countertops can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years. To keep yours looking like new, clean up spills immediately and reseal the surface regularly—ideally once a month in the first year, then twice a year after that. Regular maintenance helps preserve the wood's beauty and durability for decades.
Wood countertops aren't hard to maintain if you keep up with regular care. Simply clean them with mild soap and water after use and reseal them monthly during the first year (then twice a year afterward). Using a food-grade oil or sealant protects the wood from damage. With a bit of routine maintenance, your countertop will stay beautiful and durable.
Wood countertops are sanitary with proper care and maintenance. By sealing them with a food-grade sealant and cleaning them regularly with mild soap and water, you create a barrier that prevents bacteria from getting into the wood. Always dry the surface thoroughly after cleaning to keep it hygienic and safe for food prep.
It's best to oil raw wood countertops once a month during the first year. After that, you can oil them twice yearly to keep them in good shape. If your countertop is professionally stained or sealed, you might not need to oil it as often. Regular oiling helps prevent drying and cracking, preserving the wood's natural beauty and durability.
