"I never write reviews because it's so rare to come across a business that is worth the time and effort. But Javier and his team at DMV Kitchen and Bath are the exception. I could not be happier with the work they did. They built a new laundry room onto the back of our house and it's exactly what we wanted. Apart from holidays, they were at our house Mondays through Saturdays working on our project. They did not stop until the project was done. We really felt like they prioritized our project the whole time. They are also super friendly, responsive, and communicative. And every time something unexpected came up, they immediately addressed it. They even fixed a leaking gutter on the back of our house because it was dripping and freezing on a new staircase they built. Their estimate came in a little higher than other estimates we got, but the quality of their work and the attention they give to your project is SO worth it. Highly recommended!"

They have very competitive prices and really stand out by offering a free sink and free installation. The two gentlemen that did my installation were absolutely wonderful. They were meticulousand ensured everything was level and properly supported prior to laying the granite. They laid drop cloths and cleaned behind themselves as they went. "Our experience with MY Kitchen & Bath was top notch. They completed a total kitchen renovation as well as a few door replacements to our townhouse on the exact timeline that was quoted to us. "First Impressions did a lot of work around our hours a few years ago (see previous review).  This spring as I was cleaning up around our patio I noticed that several of the brick caps on our knee wall had come loose so I called them to let them know and was told I should leave a message for Mike Walters.  Mike called me back within the hour and asked me to take some pictures and send them to him, which I did.  The next morning I was surprised when Mike called me back and said they would have a crew out that afternoon to make the necessary repairs.  To top it off he said that while there wasn't a warranty still in place that the caps should not have come loose in that time frame so there would be no charge for the repairs.  It is nice to see a company that does what is right versus hiding behind the legal gobbledygook and red tape.
Also, while his crew was at my house they noticed that a crack had formed in a cement wall so they took a few minutes and filled it in.  I did not ask them to do this but they did it on their own and made it look much better.
I would recommend anyone doing any brickwork, patio work, hardscaping, etc... to give First Impressions a strong look.  Not only do they do great work but they stand behind their work, with or without a warranty.
