"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. "Showed up on time for the $99 roof inspection. The price included re-nailing a limited number of shingles and a general roof inspection.  Showed them the area where I had a concern, they re-nailed and sealed a small hole at the intersection of the roof and dormer.   The roofer that did the repair captured the spot on his tablet camera for me and showed me exactly what was done.

"Bob was great to work with for the entire process.  I appreciate his honest approach and the fact that he does what he says he's going to do.   I have no problem recommending Bob for anyone looking for an honest and hardworking contractor.  He was not the cheapest price, but the contractor I trusted most based on the quote.
Bob took the time to explain the different pricing options available based on how much of the work I wanted to do myself.   I told him I could do the touch up and finish painting work if that would save me a few bucks and he agreed.  Not only was Bob able to provide that, he was the only contractor I talked too that mentioned being able to save the old risers and railing as they looked to be in good shape.
Once we made our final decision to pick Ayotte Home Improvements, Bob made the process very simple.  We worked with his flooring supplier in Nashua that knew Bob and helped us pick out our flooring and then created a drawing of the stairs and the treads and flooring we had chosen.  The supplier works directly with Bob, and provides all of the details to Bob.  I didn't have to call Bob with any of the details.  It couldn't have been an easier process.
We had just had brand new floors put in and we were concerned that they would be damaged with all of the construction work being done.  Bob made sure there was protective coating on the floor all the way out to our front door so no damage was done.
I showed Bob a couple other small projects I had going on and he offered some advice for me free of charge.  I appreciated the fact he wasn't trying to nickle and dime me and it just built my trust with him that much more.
After everything was done, Bob walked around the project with me and explained everything and even offered some advice for the finish work I agreed to take on myself.  He made sure I was happy with the work and I'm confident if I wasn't he would have made it right.
My friends and family all comment on how beautiful the stairs look now and we couldn't be happier.
