There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. "Their quote was 10%+ higher than anyone else we spoke to and it didn't even include the materials other than countertops. Add in flooring and backsplash tile and they would probably be 15-20% higher than anyone else. But you get what you pay for, I probably should have gone with this company."

Steve called back very quickly to set up appointment to come out to house. 3 contractors never responded. 1 contractor called 2 days later for appointment and never showed up. No call or anything. "This is our second project with Jeff and this one was larger and more detailed.  Once again, Jeff was organized and methodical in his approach.  Everything was done beautifully and he suggested several things that made the project more difficult for him but ended up with a much better result in the end.  As with the first project, the drywall and tile turned out perfect.  He also did an amazing job painting.  
Jeff is very patient even when we kept adding items to the 'to do' list.  One thing we really appreciated is that sometimes he could anticipate that we were going to potentially want to add things as the job progressed.  Rather than 'wait and see', he would bring up the issues so they could be addressed during the initial estimate or primary stages of the work.    
Jeff contains cost very well and his work really is impeccable.   He is a pleasure to work with and has a ton of experience.  I know his schedule gets very busy, but it is worth the wait.
