The experience hiring JR Cabinets was very pleasurable as Jeff explained everything that he was going to do and then he and his assistant returned back to our home and installed our backsplash and countertop for our kitchen. "We originally hired Vinyl Sash to replace three windows and they went above and beyond including fixing work completed by another local company that was unsatisfactory. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and customer service that we had them install another custom window on the front of our home and complete a tub to shower conversion in our one bath home. The installer for the shower arrived promptly, was pleasant and courteous and cleaned up any mess he might have made during the install. Since we only have one bathroom, it was very important that the work be completed as quickly as possible, which it was. "Tom has been very professional, and attentive with returning calls and keeping me in the loop as to the status and progress of the project. The siding and gutter crews were experienced and knowledgable. My only "issue" is that many nails were left on the site after the crews had gone. I discussed this with Tom, and he told me he would address it with his crews. All in all, I would recommend D&W for siding projects."
